REGISTRATION FEES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A registration is considered complete once the registration form is submitted. Submission of the registration form creates an obligation to pay the full registration fee unless a written cancellation request is received by the deadline below.

Payment or written cancellation must be received by 5:00 p.m. Arizona time on April 16, 2027. If a registration is not canceled by the deadline, any outstanding balance will remain due.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to summit@aztransfer.com by 5:00 p.m. Arizona time on April 16, 2027.

Registrants who do not attend the Summit and have not canceled by the deadline are considered no-shows. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, and any unpaid registration balance will remain due.

Registrations Paid by Credit Card

Registrations paid by credit card may be canceled by the deadline for a refund of the registration fee, less a $100 cancellation fee.

Instead of canceling, the registration may be transferred to another individual at no charge by following the registration transfer instructions below.

Registrations Paid by Check

Once a check payment has been received by AZTransfer, the registration fee is nonrefundable. However, the registration may be transferred to another individual at no charge by following the registration transfer instructions below.

REGISTRATION TRANSFERS

A registration may be transferred to another individual at no charge. Transfer requests must be emailed to summit@aztransfer.com by 5:00 p.m. Arizona time on April 16, 2027.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

AZTransfer accepts credit card and check payments for registration fees.

Credit card payments may be submitted online at the time of registration.

Checks must be received by April 16, 2027, and made payable to:
